As you step inside, you'll immediately be greeted by the refreshing aesthetic of real plants accentuating the cozy atmosphere. The café's dedication to promoting a healthy lifestyle is evident not only in its decor but also in its carefully selected menu. While some customers, like Maynard Dodson, have pointed out that the prices may be a bit on the higher side compared to local dining options, the ambiance and quality of food offer a memorable experience that's certainly worth a visit.

Planta Lover’s menu features a range of choices, with popular items such as vibrant salads and their delectable açaí bowl for those looking for a sweet yet nutritious treat. Audrey Khalef raves about the healthy food options and great vegetarian dishes, which perfectly complement the cafe’s philosophy. For those seeking to kick back with a light bite, the integral sandwich crafted with fresh eggs, avocado, tomatoes, nuts, and spinach has been noted by Moisés Quiñones as a delightful choice—its unique olive mayo adds an extra layer of flavor that elevates this healthy offering.

While there may be a few limitations for vegan options, with one review suggesting that menu variety could be expanded, Planta Lover strikes a balance between nutritious delicacies and the joy of dining out. As Evelyn Laitz noted, the inviting atmosphere, lined with books promoting healthy living, encourages patrons to linger longer, perhaps returning to explore the menu further on a future visit.

Open late, Planta Lover is an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the charms of Ayacucho. Whether you're looking for a nourishing meal, a place to relax with a book, or to simply enjoy some quality time in a green-infused haven, Planta Lover welcomes you to indulge in a refreshing escape!

It's a cute little place and it faces the main square in town. The food was good but it was nothing spectacular. In my humble opinion, the prices are too high (for Ayacucho). In Ayacucho you can get a set meal of the day for 10 soles, and here the small sandwich is more than that. I like to eat at places that offer a good value, and this is more of a splurge place for me.

It's an amazing cafe, real plants make part of the decoration. There are a lot of books about a healthy lifestyle. I need to go back to try different things from the menu.

More expensive than some better situated places, for instance - a terrace view at the main plaza. It's a novelty cafe, worth stopping by for a drink, but personally...it ends at that. I like the design and the feel and that's why it's a 4/5. Would recommend stopping by.
